How Preorders Work

Preorders are orders that take place before items have officially been released. Preorders help us know what we need to order based on demand for these items. Preorders are always based on how many items we received for the supplier. The numbers are never perfect. It is a first come, first serve basis. If you place an order for a preorder and for any reason we are unable to fulfill your order, you will receive a 100% refund on your preorder items that can't be fulfilled.
